Juno Media handles your personal data with care. This statement explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.
Who we are

What data we collect
- Through the free AI scan form: your name, email address, company name (optional), what you need help with, your budget (optional) and your comments (optional).
- When you book an appointment: the details you enter in our calendar (Calendly), such as your name, email address and chosen time.
- When you email, call or message us: the details you share yourself.
- Visitor statistics: anonymous data about how the website is used, such as which pages are viewed. This cannot be traced back to you personally.
Why we use this data
We only use your data to schedule and prepare the AI scan with you, to contact you about your request, and to make a proposal if you ask for one. The legal basis is your consent and taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement. We never send newsletters unless you choose to receive them.
Who we share data with
- Calendly (appointment scheduling). Calendly also processes data outside the EU; the European Commission's standard contractual clauses apply.
- Vercel (hosting of this website and anonymous visitor statistics, without cookies).
We never sell your data and do not share it with other parties, unless the law requires us to.
Cookies
This website does not place tracking or advertising cookies. We only remember your language choice (Dutch or English) in your browser; this is not a cookie and contains no personal data.
How long we keep data
We keep request data for up to 2 years after our last contact, unless we start working together; in that case the statutory retention periods for our accounts apply (7 years).
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to its use. To do so, email info@juno-media.nl; we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
The website uses a secure connection (https), and we limit access to your data to the people who need it to help you.
